Order Processing

Online orders can be placed for products shipping only to addresses in the U.S. and Canada. For off-line orders or for orders intended for destinations outside the U.S. and Canada, please click here.

Bulk orders are invited from dealers and may be placed using the online order form.

Products are shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the online order is submitted. Should a product be out of stock, we'll immediately notify you of the delay via e-mail; in that unlikely event, we will ask if you prefer to cancel your order.

Standard Shipping

Unless you specifically request and pay for expedited shipping, your booklet(s) will be shipped via First Class delivery through the U.S. Postal Service. Standard shipping is the default selection in the order form.

There is no shipping/handling charge for each order of 10 or more booklets, if the order is for standard shipping. A standard shipping/handling charge of $1.00 per booklet is added to each order of less than 10 booklets. The applicable shipping/handling charge is calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge on any order of less than 100 booklets. The additional expedited charges are waived for orders of 100 or more booklets. If you want expedited shipping you must make your preferred selection in the shipping order form.

For expedited shipping orders submitted by 2 PM Central Time on Monday through Friday, arrangements can be made for U.S. delivery within one day (Express) or within two to three days (Priority). For expedited shipments to Canada, Express deliveries are made within three to five days, and Priority deliveries are within five to seven days. Deliveries on Sundays or holidays may not be available to all locations.

Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase - for any reason - we will be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price. Simply return the item to us within 30 days via insured parcel post to:

Returned products must be in new condition with original packaging and materials. A receipt must accompany all returns. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied towards your refund.
